About the Event
Join us in our morning warm up and conditioning for half an hour of aerial dance specific conditioning exercises designed to strengthen and ignite multiple muscles groups and guaranteed to make you sweat. Move with us and gain an insight into the way in which we warm up for a days training and rehearsals on our wall and our equipment.
When: Mondays 9.00 - 9.30am. April 26th. May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st. June 7th, 14th, 21st. Where: Online via zoom. Does it cost a bomb?: Nope! £3 per session. (We promise it’s worth it).
Classes are taught by co-directors Becky Miles, Charlotte Luke and Grace Sellwood.
Sessions are aimed at anyone with regular movement experience (you do not need aerial experience) and are not suitable for anyone with existing health conditions.
